Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to deliver?
UK : I use Royal Mail 2nd Class on all domestic orders. It takes 2-4 business days to deliver.
International: I use Royal Mail International Standard. It takes 3-4 weeks to deliver. So it's best to plan ahead if your order needs to arrive at a specific time.
Please get in touch with me if your order hasn't arrived within these periods.
Do you provide tracking?
UK : No. All domestic orders don't come with tracking, but I provide 1 Day (Royal Mail 1st Class) shipping upgrade.
International : International Standard delivery doesn't come with tracking but I provide a tracking number upgrade at checkout!
